Instant dry noodles plant usually means Non-fried instant noodles plant, which can be divided into Bag Type and Bowl Type. LONGER Machinery also offers fried instant noodles plant, only different in frying process: fried type adopts frying machine, while non fried type uses dehydration and drying.
