Dry Fruit Hazelnut Cutting Chopping Machine Sold to Poland
One customer from Poland ordered one unit of Hazelnut cutting machine with capacity 300kg/h from Zhengzhou LONGR Machinery. Customer owns a factory to process hazelnut, almond, etc. This dry fruit cutting machine is mainly used in food processing industry:beans, nuts(as peanuts, almonds, cashew nut, walnut, hazelnut, chestnut) different particle size materials chopped.
The working principle of nut chopping machine:
Material through the hopper discharge uniformly, sent by the conveyor belt into the shredding bodies chopped, material crushed by vibration grading to get requirement particles.
The reciprocating speed of the cutter is constant, by changing the rotational speed of the conveyor belt, namely increase the number of shearing material received, so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the particle size, and particle size usually can be 3-6mm.
